Arukah Counselling and Wellness offers Individual, Child, Youth, Relationship, and Family Counselling with a safe, therapeutic, and non-judgmental approach. I use an array of different counselling perspectives and modalities to suit your unique life circumstances, experiences, and preferences to create a respectful and empowering approach to the work we do together.
I am highly-experienced, trained, and knowledgeable in a wide variety of practice perspectives, such as: Trauma-Informed Therapy with a specialization in PTSD, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Culturally-Diverse, Psychodynamic Therapy, Family-Systems Therapy, Response-Based, LGBTQQIP2SAA+, Child and Youth art and play-based therapeutic perspectives, Narrative Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy and more.
What does Counselling work look like?
