Costs of Counselling

Counselling costs depend on the length and type of session.
Lower-cost sliding-scale options are available to those experiencing financial hardship and are available on a case-by-case basis. I also offer a free 20-minute consultation if you would like to check out how we may be a ‘fit’.

1 hour Individual Counselling Session Fee: $160.00

1 hour Couples/Family Therapy Fee: $160.00

Child/Youth Therapy Fee (30 minutes): $90.00

Consult/Shorter Therapy Session (30 minutes): $90.00

Sometimes life happens and you will need to cancel an appointment. I have a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy and ask that you give 24 hours’ notice before cancelling/rescheduling a session.
